In retreats we have worked on learning about ourselves and then fitting this together as a group. Susan has helped us all step out of our comfort zone and become better people in the process.
RS, medical director of community health center
Susan was great with high energy. We always left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after the staff retreats. We only wish they could have been longer.
CC, medical director of community health center
Susan’s playfulness, willingness to take risks, creativity, flexibility, inner calm, and level-headedness have all been sources of comfort, inspiration, and motivation.
DV, staff member at community health center
Susan has a rare combination of empathy, curiosity, kindliness and good humor that make her a natural at this sort of work. At the same time, she has a deep font of knowledge about mental health and the potential for personal growth.
CA, individual client
Susan is great at building consensus and teamwork, all while remaining calm and keeping a sense of humor (no small feat)!
